Real changes, written by the engineers who shipped them. Items marked in progress are still rolling out.

  1. Oct 2026
    voice-agent

New plans: 10 free voice minutes, Pro at $19 with 60 minutes

Free accounts get 10 AI voice-defense minutes a month plus public sprints. Pro ($19/month) includes 60 minutes per billing cycle, premium sprints, and priority execution. Need more? A 30-minute top-up pack is $9 and never expires. Each voice session is capped at 15 minutes.

  2. Oct 2026
    security

    Layered assessment integrity (rolling out)

Server-timed attempts, keystroke and paste replay that checks the final code was typed in the editor, token-fingerprint similarity across candidates, and a voice consistency check. Signals go to a human reviewer; nothing is auto-rejected.

  3. Oct 2026
    compliance

    Opt-in partner course referrals

Course recommendations are shown to the candidate, and partner courses are labeled as sponsored (we may earn a referral fee). Candidate details are shared with a partner institute only if the candidate opts in.

  4. Oct 2026
    compliance

Delivery coaching is now region-gated and coaching-only

Speech-delivery analysis is disabled in the EU/EEA, requires consent elsewhere, and is never used in hiring scores.

  5. Oct 2026
    infra

Code execution moved to a self-hosted Piston sandbox

Candidate code now runs on our own Piston deployment instead of the public API.

  6. Oct 2026

In progress: ATS integrations, AI-allowed assessments, and Defend Your Real Work

Greenhouse and Lever integrations, plus a signed webhook for Workday and any other ATS. AI-allowed assessments log the candidate's prompts for review, and candidates can be questioned by voice about a GitHub repo or PR they authored.
